Zine Socials

BZF 2009

21st February - an afternoon of DIY workshops and an evening gig at the Cowley Club. 22nd February - Zine fair day at the West Hill, loads of stalls and acoustic music (and candy floss)

After 2009's zine fest, we started having some regular(ish) zine social nights which kicked off with zine readings by Alex Wrekk (Brainscan) Toby (New Wave of Cut & Paste) and Emma (Fanzine Ynftyn), plus Robb from the Aboveground Zine library in the US.

BZF 2010

18th February - evening swap shop at Coachwerks and pot luck food (yum!) 19th February - punk gig at the Cowley Club 20th February - zine fair and workshops at Hanover Community Centre followed by evening meal and cabaret at the West Hill 21st February - vegan Sunday lunch at the Cowley

We then started meeting up around once a month to chat, draw, write, drink, eat and listen to music. We hung out at Coachwerks art space but moved to various people's houses when it got colder. We haven't had since November...
